Hi, I’m Karen

I am a 5 x certified Akashic Records Reader, Certified Spiritual Coach and Reiki Master.  I was also diagnosed with ADHD and autism at the age of 61, and I’m a self proclaimed introvert who knows the struggles of a busy mind and having too many unanswered questions about the world and my place in it.

Getting my diagnosis felt like I finally had a missing piece of the puzzle. Suddenly so many challenges and situations in my life made sense.

But I’m going to be honest with you, while the diagnosis really helped me understand myself… it didn’t help me to work out how to actually thrive.

One day I got fed up and as a last ditch attempt to try and figure my life out, I went to see a psychic and she asked if I’d ever heard of the Akashic Records…

Well, that sent me into hyper-focus-learn-everything-do-all-the-certifications-I-can mode. I not only became an Akashic Records practitioner, I suddenly started to see things change in my life.

Experiencing soul level exploration and understanding of myself – and others as a result – I started to feel less anxious, less frustrated, and more accepting and tolerating of situations and people around me that would usually get on my nerves.

I became a much more calm and happy person.

And all because I was understanding myself and others at a much deeper level than just what’s on the surface.

For the first time in my life, I finally started to understand humans and the world around me.

And now I understand it is my Soul’s Purpose to be of service to those seeking the story and wisdom of their own Soul’s journey.
